Unilever Launch Media Coverage

Three days. Ten locations. Multiple crews. Hundreds of assets. For Unilever’s Liquid I.V. launch, we built a production workflow designed to move as fast as the campaign itself — capturing dozens of videos and hundreds of photos across Italy, while keeping every team aligned and every delivery on schedule.

Liquid I.V.: Producing at the Speed of a Launch

Three days. Ten locations. Multiple teams. Hundreds of assets. Zero room to slow down.

When Liquid I.V. arrived in Italy as part of Unilever’s Health & Wellbeing portfolio, the launch was designed as a wide-reaching, multi-channel operation, combining events, activations, creators and digital content. citeturn0search0turn0search1

Our role was to be the production partner on the ground, turning all of those moments into content.

And this time, the challenge wasn't simply the amount of material.

It was the speed at which everything had to happen.

A production running in parallel

Over three consecutive days, our teams worked simultaneously across 10 different locations, covering the different moments of the launch in parallel.

Multiple crews were shooting at the same time, constantly moving between locations and situations, while producing both video and photography.

The scale quickly added up:

10 locations.
Multiple teams.
Dozens of videos.
Hundreds of photographs.
Three intense days.

And every piece had its own timing.

Keeping up with the schedule

In a production like this, the biggest challenge isn't necessarily capturing the images.

It's making sure that everything happens at the right moment.

The schedule was extremely tight. Locations overlapped, different activations had to be covered simultaneously and the material had to move quickly from production to delivery.

Our workflow was therefore built around coordination and responsiveness.

Teams were distributed across the different locations, each with a clear production plan and delivery requirements. While one crew was shooting, another was already moving to the next location. Material was continuously collected, selected and prepared so that deadlines could be respected throughout the three days.

There was no opportunity to simply "catch up later."

The schedule was the production.

From live moments to ready-to-use content

The launch generated a huge amount of material, and our responsibility was to make sure that quantity never compromised reliability.

We delivered dozens of video assets and hundreds of photographs, covering the different locations and moments of the production while maintaining consistency across the entire output.

The challenge was essentially to operate like a distributed production unit: several teams, different locations, one workflow and one delivery standard.

This is where production experience makes the difference.

Knowing how to anticipate problems.
Knowing where a team needs to be before it needs to be there.
Knowing how to structure handovers.
Knowing how to keep communication clear when everything is happening at once.

Production as a system

For us, the Liquid I.V. launch is a good example of what production means when a project reaches a certain scale.

It's not just about having good crews.

It's about building a system that allows multiple crews to work independently while functioning as one.

Three days of intense activity, ten locations and a constant stream of content could easily become chaotic.

Instead, the focus was on keeping the workflow moving — shooting, coordinating, processing and delivering without losing the rhythm of the launch.

Because when the production is moving this fast, the real achievement isn't simply producing a lot of content.

It's producing a lot of content, in many places, at the exact moment it is needed.
