Inside Samsung Bespoke AI
How we built Samsung's main TV campaign for the Bespoke AI line — from Laboratorio to Home, two shoots, one vision.
When Samsung asked us to lead the main TV campaign for the Bespoke AI line, the brief was deceptively simple: make artificial intelligence feel domestic. Not futuristic — familiar. The kind of quiet magic you notice at 7:42 in the morning, when the fridge already knows what you'll want for breakfast.
Two shoots, one story
We split the production into two chapters. Laboratorio was our controlled world — a set built around gestures, close-ups of the appliances, and the precise choreography of AI reacting to human intent. Home was the counterweight: real light, real rooms, real people. The tension between the two is what carries the campaign.

Designing the AI beat
Every product moment had to land on a beat we called the AI beat — a single frame where the appliance visibly makes a decision. We storyboarded 47 of them, shot 62, kept 18. The rest of the edit is space around those beats so the viewer has time to feel the intelligence, not just see it.
"Make the technology disappear. Leave only the moment when life gets a little easier." — Creative direction note, week one
Bringing it home
For the Home chapter we scouted three apartments in Milano and one in Torino. We shot handheld, mostly natural light, and cast people who actually cook, actually do laundry, actually forget things. The AI is never the hero of the frame — it's the second character, always slightly out of focus until it needs to act.

The cut
The 30-second TV cut opens on Laboratorio precision, then dissolves into Home warmth on a matching gesture — a hand closing a fridge door. That single match cut took three days of shot planning and is, honestly, the reason the whole campaign works.
Bespoke AI aired across primetime in Italy in October 2025. Two shoots, one match cut, and a lot of very patient appliances.
